How To Get Up To $3,011 Per Month In Disability Payments (Even If You’ve Been Denied Before)

Thousands of Americans are successfully applying for (and appealing) Social Security Disability Insurance claims and receiving the benefits they deserve.

“My heart dropped almost in sync with the letter that dropped through my letterbox” – Sam D., Atlanta, GA

It was the sight that I was dreading.

When I saw the letter at my door, I knew exactly what it meant.

The feeling of anger and frustration started to well up and rush through my body and mind.

But that anger and frustration soon turned into fear…

I had been denied my Social Security Disability payment...

Thoughts started to race through my mind…

How was I going to keep the lights on and put food on the table?

How was I going to take care of my family?

My wife, Julia and I had pinned all our hopes on receiving this payment.

Julia worked as a waitress and her income alone was not enough to support the two of us and our 15-year old daughter, Elsa.

Before, I was the breadwinner working as an insurance sales agent.

But suddenly at work, I began to feel shooting pains in my wrists.

It became so excruciating that even the simplest of tasks became impossible.

I was officially diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel syndrome by my physician and told to take time off work to prevent the problem from worsening.

But as any hard-working and honest husband and father would do…

I initially ignored her advice because I had bills, a mortgage, and car payments to make.

But the pain and numbness got worse and I eventually had to give in.

Thankfully (or so I thought) I discovered Social Security Disability Insurance.

And when I was told my illness qualified, suddenly a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders.

But that relief soon turned into despair.

First the initial denial and then my reconsideration appeal was rejected too.

I waited a long time to hear anything and when I called up the social security office each agent would give me a different excuse every time.

Eventually, I was told that I didn’t have enough medical documentation and that I would have to see my physiotherapist every 30 days for a year before they’d help.

I did everything they asked of me, I felt like a circus monkey jumping through hoops for them …

Only to be continuously denied.

My dignity was being ground down to almost nothing by these people.

After each denial I was told that I still had a chance … but I knew this was the final nail in the coffin.

I had lost all hope and now I would have to break it to Julia.

And even worse…

Elsa’s birthday was coming up and I had promised that I would throw her a birthday party with all her school friends.

But now I had no way of paying for it.

I HAD to remain off work as the pain was too excruciating to go back. Even holding a pen was too much for me.

I felt like less of a man, a husband who couldn’t support his wife, and a father who couldn’t keep promises to his daughter.

If you’ve ever been in a place like this you’ll know exactly what I mean.

And the worst part was that none of it was within my control.

If I was able to, I would’ve gone to the end of the earth for my family…

But I couldn’t.

It was worse than any of the stress I felt at work…

This was my rock bottom and there was no light at the end of the tunnel.

But everything changed one day when I was watching TV...

I saw a commercial for a group of lawyers who help disabled Americans get approved for SSDI…

At first, I dismissed it.

I mean, I had no money to pay a lawyer, and besides, I was sure to just get denied again.

But then I learned that they charged no fee unless they won the case.

So, there was no risk involved at all.

I jotted down the number and called them up immediately.

The agent was super helpful and she asked me a set of simple questions.

And in no time, I had an attorney on the case.

For the first time in this long process, I felt like I had someone in my corner...

Someone who actually cared about me and my family.

And it was incredibly reassuring.

But as amazing as that felt, if there was no result and the end it would count for nothing anyway.

A few days went by and then a few weeks where I heard nothing.

And then the phone rang…

It was Steve, my attorney.

“We won."

At first, I didn’t believe him and I told him not to lie to me…

But he wasn’t lying, he was being completely honest.

Steve had secured a monthly payment of $3,011 for me and my family.

But it gets even better…

He managed to secure a lump sum back payment of $2,438 too.

I broke down in tears.

After all the pain and suffering, worry and despair, finally it was over.

I could now take care of my family and I didn’t have to worry about money anymore.

I could work on physiotherapy and my exercises to get rid of that horrible tingling sensation that ran up my arm. I could focus on getting back to good health.

I could spoil my daughter again and make her proud of her daddy.

All because of one phone call, one amazing company, and one hard-working and diligent lawyer who cared about my situation.

And here’s the thing…

I’m not the only one. Because they’ve helped hundreds if not thousands of Americans to claim the SSDI payments they deserve.

They’re actively changing people’s lives.

Everyone from cancer patients to patients with mental health issues and people who have been in accidents.

No matter what your condition these folks are able to help.

I’ve personally experienced firsthand what it’s like to get the right help at the right time…

And it’s life-changing because there’s no way that I could’ve done it alone.

So, if you’re like me and you’re tired of getting denied the payments you deserve and you want to claim what’s rightfully yours…

And want to support yourself and your family…
